Welcome to HoroAura. By using our mobile application or website (horoaura.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About HoroAura

HoroAura is an astrology and zodiac entertainment application operated by Warung Digital. Our services include daily horoscopes, tarot readings, zodiac compatibility analysis, moon phase tracking, and related content.

2. Entertainment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: All content provided by HoroAura — including horoscopes, tarot readings, compatibility analyses, and zodiac insights — is for entertainment purposes only. This content should not be considered as professional advice for financial, medical, legal, or any other decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use HoroAura.

4. Subscription & Payments

Free Tier

Basic features are available for free with advertisements. This includes daily horoscopes, zodiac information, and limited tarot readings.

Premium Subscription

  • Monthly: $2.99/month (global) or Rp 29,000/month (Indonesia)
  • Yearly: $19.99/year (global) or Rp 199,000/year (Indonesia)
  • 7-day free trial included for new subscribers

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of your payment provider (Google Play for mobile, Paddle.com for web).

Note: Web and mobile subscriptions are managed separately. A subscription purchased on the web does not automatically apply to the mobile app, and vice versa.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding of HoroAura are owned by Warung Digital. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

HoroAura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on horoscope or tarot readings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
